Oh no. Here comes another weird theory about relationships.
Crazyness keeps relationships together. Grade-A, 100% super insanity.
Okay, so not asylum-grade, straightjacketness. I mean quirkiness. Flaws. Imperfections. A wise man once said “you love perfection, but you fall in love with imperfection” Who was that wise man? Me…mwahahaha
(And craziness isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In fact, being a little…different…is probably what makes most people successful. Most people woulda thought the idea of a black man winning president was INSANE)
I think relationships work out or don’t work out based on whether a couples’ respective flaws match up or not. Cause once that soft-lensed perfect vision of your lover clears up, appreciation and understanding of imperfections are ultimately what will keep a relationship going. And if you can harness the power of those flaws and make your partner better despite their weirdness, it might be a match made in…
Example: If you like cleaning up after people, and you find a person that’s well…messy, then that particular craziness matches up. I don’t know anyone like that, but I know somewhere out there, Mary Poppins is somewhere cleaning up after Joe Dirt.
(then again, it could backfire. If neatfreak that doesn’t like cleanin up after you, then joe dirt might get stabbed with mary poppins magic umbrella)
Or another example. My biggest flaw is that I’m really really awesome. I mean seriously great. Top ten of all [super]humans ever created. Not all women can deal with that, but for a woman that can take advantage of the fact she has a superman that will eat bullets for her, it’s like magic! Which I will give her, every night, with my super-wand. lmao….please disregard this paragraph.
What makes these quirks so attractive? I dunno. I think to the timelessly beautiful face of Sanaa Lathan and that little scar on her right cheek. And I swear by the power of Greyskull (c/o He-Man) that is the sexiest beauty mark I’ve ever seen in my life. COTDAMN that shit is so sexy. An otherwise flawless face, with an interesting story.
Flaws make us relax a bit. Cause then we don’t have to keep our facade 100 percent perfect. It gives us a chance to be ourselves. We’re only human. Born to make mistakes. First off is to find a person with a good heart…I think that’s what really makes a relationship stick.

Lol, you are an absolute fool!! This was funny and dead on, being perfect is for the birds.
I am perfectedly flawed, and knowing that allows me to realize that I can only get better from here.
I also believe that a little crazy is needed to keep a relationship on an even keel, but both parties have to be crazy about one another…b/c then it becomes just plain ole unadulterated stalking.
